On-Demand Custom Decorated Merchandise
Everything is ready in our Ohio Distribution Center and customization services include: laser engraving, embroidery, direct-to-garment printing, sublimation printing, UV printing and embossing.

Standard Shipping is FREE for Orders Over $25 within the contiguous U.S.*
For orders less than $25; shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada; or quicker shipping (next day, two-day or three-day) you are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipments will be sent from the indiCo Distribution Center in Oberlin, Ohio.

Hassle-Free Returns for Damaged/Defective Merchandise
Returns will be accepted for any damaged/defective merchandise received by customers or for orders incorrectly processed by indiCo.

  • If you receive packages(s) delivered in damaged condition, you can refuse the shipment. If packages(s) have already been received, then contact Customer Service within 5 calendar days of receipt. Save the original box and all packaging material/tracking labels in case of inspection by carrier.
  • If you receive merchandise delivered in damaged or defective condition, contact Customer Service within 15 calendar days. Simply email an image of the damage or defect and we will replace it at no additional charge. Also, if your order was short-shipped or mis-shipped, Customer Service can assist you.
